"I just wanted to take the time to review Bright Watch Caregivers. First off, I want to say Bright Watch has been caring for my Mother and Father for 13 months now. It has been a pleasure! My sister and I were the sole caregivers for our parents for 5 years and boy was that tough. Its hard to be a caregiver for your parents because you feel like your not a daughter anymore. In a sense we were our parents parents. My husband recommended a caregiving agency, but my sister and I were reluctant. When I called Bright Watch the first time I was given plenty of info. I talked with family and decided to call back. We had a meeting on Friday and requested the caregivers start on the following Monday. The caregivers they sent were great but my Mother didn't bond with one (we have 2 caregivers due to 7 days a week care). They sent a new one and her and my Mother bonded right away. These two lovely caregivers have become more like family. My parents always invite them to holiday gatherings and family events. My mother calls one caregiver her "best friend", so cute. My sister and I were getting really overwhelmed and well, burnt out. I don't know where we would be if it weren't for Bright Watch and our caregivers.
